Selfridges has launched its biggest beauty ad campaign, which will include a partnership with Google+. – Brand Republic

As brands delve more into social commerce real everyday  women, men & "beauty  will become the focus of marketing strategies. I recently  asked women in my network to sign up for a project  that explores meeting their needs…   the challenge- after decades of silence how do we get  women to become not just vocal but assertive in their own beauty! Coincidentally I also chose teh Google plus platform as a common meeting space for this community.  The question "What  do you want?", will soon be posed directly to the consumer and  will become standard… the challenge giving women teh confidence to not just answer but to be heard! With larger brands leading teh way maybe women will be endouraged to "EXPRESS THEMSELVES!"
